Tarde, pedido incompleto y mal

La verdad es que el tiempo aunque llego mas tarde de lo esperado no me importa, pero cuando llega el pedido faltan la mitad de las cosas, el marco no me gusta nada es de mala calidad y no te dan factura, cuando la he reclamado ya dos veces.
